Welcome to our brand new website. We've tried to make it easier to use and more informative about our products and baking. As you look around you'll find new information about our founder, Thomas Allinson, including some of his original recipes plus details of some new products. THE PACKAGING MAY BE DIFFERENT BUT IT'S WHAT'S INSIDE THAT COUNTS!

You've probably noticed our new style packs in the supermarkets by now. We wanted to go to back to our roots with the design, afterall Thomas Allinson was a leading advocate of a wholesome diet of natural, wholemeal foods. As well as the colours and pictures, a key change is the name of our Very Strong 'Bakers' Grade' flours. These are now known as 'Premium' Very Strong flours instead, but don't worry the great quality flour inside is still the same.
